Could not resist sharing this new work from an old painting. The new work is by Dale Weatherford, a student of Debbie Melton’s Wednesday Morning Oil Class. Here Dale has done what many students have done in the past, copied an Old Master in order to learn from it. This is perfectly legal when credit is given to the original artist along with your signature. Dale has done a splendid job on this 30×40 piece. Come by and see it.
