ELIGIBILITY

Adult Division-Open to all Artists, 13 and over residing in South Carolina
Youth Division-Open to all Artists 6-12 residing in South Carolina

Any 2 or 3 dimensional fine art media may qualify, but no photography.  All works must be original.   Lynda English Studio reserves the right to refuse any work that does not comply with the requirements stated in this prospectus nor does not match the size requirements.  In care of questions, the juror’s decision will be final.  The registration form must be completely filled out.   Information on the registration form is considered final and may not be changed.  All work displayed must remain for the duration of the exhibition.  (Pick-up Dec. 18, 19)

ENTRY FEES-Adult-$10 per entry, $15 for two
Youth-$5 per entry, $7.50 for two
Make checks payable to Lynda English Studio.  Fees are non-refundable.

METHOD OF ENTRY -Download prospectus at Lyndaenglishstudio.net (Art classes, What’s New). Mail or deliver registration form to Lynda English Studio, 403 Second Loop Rd., Florence, SC 29505 or fax to 843-669-5150

REGISTRATION FORMS AND ENTRY FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 13, 2016.
Artwork must be hand delivered to Lynda English Studio, 403 Second Loop Rd., Florence, SC on November 14, 15, and 16.

PRESENTATION OF ENTRIES-Total image area of painting and frame or 3-D work shall not exceed 36 square inches,  Wrapped canvases will be accepted without a frame if there are no staples and the edges are painted and clean.  Each piece must be identified on the back with artist’s name, address, phone number, title, price and medium.  Frames must be undamaged with hardware and wire in place.  No sawtooth hangers.  Paintings delivered chipped, cracked, damaged, dirty or with improper presentation or incomplete information on the back will not be accepted.

ADULT-1st-$200, 2nd-$125, 3rd-$75

YOUTH-1st-$25, 2nd-$15, 3rd-$10

 

DATES TO REMEMBER

November 13- Registration Deadline

November 14, 15, 16 – Hand deliver entries to Lynda English Studio, (10am-5pm)

November 28- Reception and Awards Ceremony -5:30-7:30pm

December 18, 19 – Art pickup, sold and unsold

Any work not picked up by December 19 will become property of Lynda English Studio.

The gallery will charge 35% commission on sold works.
